Telluric Land Remediation gains accreditation to ISO 45001:2018

Telluric Land Remediation is proud to announce that it has been successful in gaining accreditation to the new ISO 45001:2018 Health & Safety standard. ISO 45001 is the successor to OHSAS 18001, which was originally launched in 1999 as a British standard. Implemented in more than 80 countries around the world, ISO 45001 replaces OHSAS 18001 as the most well-known and important standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

ISO 45001 helps businesses provide a healthy and safe working environment for their employees and everyone else who visits the workplace. This goal can be achieved by controlling factors that could potentially lead to illness and injury. As a result, ISO 45001 is concerned with mitigating any factors that are harmful or that pose a danger to physical and/or mental well-being.

This achievement was only possible through the commitment of our staff who enabled the transition from OHSAS 18001 to the new international standard. This achievement is a demonstration of the company’s commitment to identifying work-related risks to employees such as illness, injury and accidents, and to avoid them with suitable preventative measures.
